From the postcard sets of Flickr user Ryan S. comes this Max Mahan photo postcard of the Ventura County Courthouse, complete with statue of Father Junipero Serra, as seen from the intersection of South California and East Main streets. The father is supposed to be watching over the town from his perch, but let’s hope he’s watching over the parking brake cables of some of those cars angle-parked on California Street.
