One more photo from David Campany’s book Gasoline , comprised almost entirely of found photos of the 1970s gas shortages. Last time, we had a photo from the first shortage (which our readers pinpointed to an intersection in Chicago), and this time we see what the shortage looked like in August 1979, when motorists lined up for gas outside a BP station apparently on the corner of Eastern Avenue and Bonsal Street in Baltimore 9complete with airbrushing and crop marks).
