Unless Da Grump moved down to Greenville, North Carolina, in the early to mid-1960s to start a used car business while at the same time campaigning Super Stock Dodges With Dave Strickler out of Pennsylvania, this ain’t the same Bill Jenkins. The less famous Bill Jenkins, though, certainly had a wider variety of vehicles to play with, as we see in this photo we came across first on Annualmobiles and then later on East Carolina University’s Digital Collections.
