Ronan Glon over at Ran When Parked, who does a solid job of posting European carspotting scenes, recently alerted us to the Dirty Old 1970s New York City Facebook page, which seems to exist primarily to post photos of Gotham the way it was before the concentrated efforts over the last few decades to clean it up. Among the photos, this shot of a line of cars waiting to get gas during the 1973 oil embargo at the corner of Houston and Lafayette streets. What do you see here?
