Based on the sign on the far left of today’s carspotting scene, which coconv posted to the Hemmings Nation Flickr pool, we can track down the location of the photo to what is today a hotel parking lot on Don Gaspar Avenue in Santa Fe. (Another vintage Flickr shot of the hotel here.) Presumably, it was a hotel parking lot when the photo was taken in 1978, which makes us wonder why there are at least two vehicles set up for camping in a hotel parking lot – did they get tired of roughing it? Once you’ve pondered that, tell us what you see here?
